Absoutely, no loaded firearms, weapons or alcohol permitted on event grounds. We reserve the right to refuse entry or use of the event at any time. You must abide by event rules or you will be asked to leave.

On-Site Camping Info
Extend your Expo experience by camping on-site! For just $35, you can enjoy the great outdoors with fellow survivalists, campers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Our camping dates are available on March 21 & 22 only, so don't miss your chance to immerse yourself in the event.
Here are the important guidelines for camping:
- No ground fires or pitsare allowed, but grills and stoves are welcome for cooking.
- No water or electric will be provided, so plan to be self-sufficient.
- Please deposit all trash in the provided cans to keep the area clean.
- Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure a peaceful camping environment for all.
- No alcohol is permitted outside your personal campsite.
- You must register your campsite and obtain your camp pass at the main building upon arrival.
- Camp setup is available from 12 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, March 24.
This is the perfect way to get the full outdoor experience while attending the Expo. Be sure to book early to secure your spot, and don’t forget to bring your camping essentials for a fun and comfortable stay!

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the 2025 Bushcraft Homestead & Preparedness Expo an unforgettable event! If you love the outdoors, survival, or simply enjoy being part of a vibrant community, this is your chance to get involved and contribute to an amazing event.
Volunteer Perks
- Work only 3 days, 4 hours per day — plenty of time to enjoy the Expo!
